Attached is the motion and the closing argument. The closing argument begins on page 8 or 9. I could not separate them because I don't have a scanner on my computer.
Just an update...I was sworn in on Tuesday, December 12th at the Pasadena Civic Center. It was an emotional moment for me, as I am sure you know. Now, I will just take one day at a time and look toward the future. With this economy, I will probably not find a job right away, so I will continue with my paralegal job for awhile...but will keep my eyes and ears open. I am sure something will come up sooner or later. As you know, I am not the kind of person to ever give up.
I wish you and your family a very happy and safe holiday season. I will keeep you posted as to my progress.
